                    What’s the purpose of the discovery call?It’s an obligation-free chat to help you understand how Prepared can handle your conveyancing from contract to settlement, all under a fixed-fee model. You’ll leave the call with clarity on costs, process, and next steps.

                    What happens if my property doesn’t sell?If you don’t sell, you’ll only be charged $300 (for professional fees) plus the costs of any searches we’ve ordered for your contract. You won’t pay the full $1,600 unless the work is done (settlement conveyancing).

                    What’s included in the fixed-fee service?All professional (lawyer) costs from drafting your contract and Section 32 to managing your conveyance right through to settlement. You’ll have one clear price and complete transparency from start to finish.

                    How long does it take to prepare my contract?Once you give us the go-ahead, we can typically prepare your contract and Section 32 within a few business days, depending on how quickly we receive search results and property details.
